Clients work closely with design partners to determine layout selection and floor plan details during this crucial phase. We want to share your vision of the home you’ve always wanted. We will also help guide and refine this visualization by asking critical questions to ensure that your finished home will fit your specific needs. During this secondary phase, we will work with you to solidify your finalized budget.
After your design has been finalized and all construction details have been ironed out, we will meet with you to review and approve final plans. Then we will draw up your approved blueprints that will guide us during the construction phase. Even after the contract is signed, our team will work alongside you to make sure that communication is kept open, deadlines are met, the budget is kept on track and all of your questions are answered quickly.
This phase covers the entire construction process, from setting deadlines and determining schedules to obtaining necessary permits and completing the physical building.
