About Wally & Annette:

  Wally has been a licensed real estate broker since 1986.  He has received the designations of CRS, ABR, GRI, and CRB.  Wally graduated from Baylor University in 1974 with a BBA.  He has been a previous owner in a manufacturer's representative agency, a medical supply business, and a commercial and residental property management business.  He is the owner/broker of RE/MAX Centx Associates.

Wally enjoys working with people, mentoring students, and developing quality real estate professionals.  He participates in the Chamber of Commerce Business Link Program with Georgetown ISD.  He enjoys his family, hunting, outdoor activities, and has completed four Motorola Marathons.  Wally is an active member of First Baptist Church, Georgetown, where he is a deacon and an active life group member.

 Annette has been a licensed agent for the over six years.  She has received the designations of GRI, ABR and CRS.  Annette achieved a personal business goal in April 2007 by obtaining her Broker's license.  Annette has a Master's Degree in Education from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Baylor University.  She taught first and second grades in the public school system for fifteen years.

Annette is actively involved in First Baptist Church, Georgetown.  She sings alto on the praise team, is a member of the Celebration Ensemble, and is VP of the adult choir.

Wally & Annette have been married for over thirty years.  Their son, Justin, owns American Irrigation in Georgetown, and is married to Ashly Holmstrom-Wilson, an agent with RE/MAX Centx Associates and they just had their first child, a daughter - Avery,  in September 2004.  Their daughter, Lindsay, graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos as a Business major in May 2004 and is also an agent with RE/MAX Centx Associates.

 Dawn Montgomery is our Administrative Coordinator.  She comes to The Wilson Company - RE/MAX Centx Associates with over 13 years of Administrative experience.  She grew up and graduated from school right here in Georgetown and currently lives in Florence, so she is very familiar with Georgetown and Williamson County.  She is in the process of fulfilling her continuing education to become a Licensed Assistant - what does this mean?  She can handle any contract situation or question that comes up in Wally & Annette's absence!  With that being said, she is here to help all of our associates and clients with whatever they need!
